Fête Foraine is this Saturday, November 9 from 10am to 4pm!
Bring your imagination and creativity – this year’s Fête Foraine theme is LEGO! Enjoy a family fun day at the Lycée, with carnival games, bouncy castle, arts & crafts, prizes, food court in the Cafeteria, Used Book Sale, and more!

Admission to Fête Foraine is free. Pre-registered classes are available for $15 per child. Tickets for food, games, and activities can be purchased at the event. All-You-Can-Play bracelets for unlimited activities in the Big Gym are also available for $30 and can be purchased at the event or in the 76th St. lobby during drop off this week.

You may have attended one of the Lycée’s open houses, but the Fête Foraine is an opportunity for you to meet our whole community—students, parents and teachers. The diversity of cultures represented by our families here at the Lycée is one of our favorite aspects of the school, and this is a great time to see it first hand. The Fête is a wonderful moment to meet you and to show you the school when it’s full of life and energy!
There will be an international food court in the cafeteria, carnival games & prizes, a book fair, creative activities in the media lab and maker space, and more. If you bring young children they’re sure to love the bouncy castle and the arts and crafts tables.
Come and meet Lycée families! We will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

About the Author :
May Bayer joined the Development team at the Lycée in 2017 as Assistant Manager of Events. Born and raised in Boston, she graduated from Colgate University and then began her career in development and special events at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston before moving to New York City. Outside of work, May enjoys riding her bike in Central Park, volunteering with her university’s alumni club, and exploring the city, especially its many museums and restaurants.
