The Robotics Club is a new club for secondary students at the Lycée Francais. Created and taught by the Secondary Technology Integrator, Adena Dershowitz, the club gathers about 15 students from all middle school grades, boys and girls alike. “The goal of the robotics club is to foster the interest of students who really have an edge towards technology and engineering,” says Dershowitz, who joined the Lycée team last year. She hopes students build from this interest to create more elaborate projects such as motorized objects that they can program. Watch the audio slideshow to find out what they are working on.
