Friday: Kindergartners all the way to 5th graders celebrated UN Day at the Lycée, an important day to celebrate our diversity – with over 50 nationalities represented in our school. Happy UN Day!
Thursday: Two 10th graders are comparing the cellular structures of vegetal, animal and bacterial cells in biology class using observation, drawings and writing.
Wednesday: It’s time for English class! This 5th grader is identifying words with the prefixes “pro”, “sub”, “fore”, “after”, “mis”, “com” in an English fiction book and looking these words up in a dictionary.
Tuesday: Y10 students taking the music option listen as Franco-swiss Emmanuel Pahud talks about his experience as a world-famous flute player from the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. Here, he is performing the Flute Sonata by Francis Poulenc with music teacher Remy Loumbrozo.
Monday: Y9 students are getting in touch with pen pals in Argentina during a Spanish class with Teacher Laura Lapeyre. After making initial contact, the students hope to start Skype conversation with their South America peers.
