Thursday: Class of 2014 students shift their cap tassel from right to left, and voilà! They have graduated! Congratulations to them all; they will be missed.
Wednesday: Representatives from Classbook.com came to buy used Secondary textbooks from students – surely a sign of the end of the school year. Next year’s books go on sale online on Monday, June 16. Tuesday: The Middle School Theater Club gave an outstanding performance of “Sans Titre“, a collage of texts from many famous poets, including Jacques Prévert, Jacques Tardieu, Boby Lapointe, that our young thespians use to play with words, sounds, and rhythms. Tuesday: Each middle-school and high-school class gathered for their traditional Cérémonie de fin d’année with speeches from teachers and advisors, and, new this year, many creative films about their classmates by the students themselves. Monday: Third-grade students presented their end-of-year shows. Here, students took turn jumping the long rope to a musical rhythm. Pas facile.
